    Standard shipping & handling costs are 10% of total order; expedited and international shipping incurs additional surcharge.  Surcharges vary dependent upon size, weight and destination of the package.  

    Request for Grant Assistance for Scoring Fees 

    Researchers who meet one of the described criteria may apply for reduced scoring fee rates.  Each request is assessed on a case by case basis.  Assistance is dependent on eligibility and availability of funds.   
    Order forms expire at the end of the calendar year.
